Endangered Butterflies on the Loose at Moorpark College!

ss2008-image-stn.jpgThe Butterfly Project proudly invites you!!!

The endangered Palos Verdes blue butterflies, thought extinct for 11 years, have emerged from their pupae just in time for America’s Teaching Zoo Spring Spectacular!

We currently have over one thousand federally listed, endangered, adult butterflies in their breeding multiplant boxes between carnivores and hoofstock at America’s Teaching Zoo!

Don’t wait! Come see them this weekend or next! They have a short life span…and we are releasing to the wild!!

See you there!
