Californians for Solar and Clean Energy has just collected enough signatures to put the Solar and Clean Energy Act (SACE) on the 2008 November ballot!
This act requires 50% of all electricity sold by California utilities after 2025 to be generated by clean, renewable sources including: solar, geothermal, wind, biomass, small hydro, and tidal.
